Awareness and healing through body movement!

Moving the body can be an extremely healing and invigorating thing. The American Dance Therapy Association promotes such activity and provides written, visual, and hands-on instruction in how to get the most out of your body and its ability to heal through motion of all types.

There are also a number of videos available both on the site and on the ADTA YouTube Channel.
