24 fun science lessons you can print and use!


I created this little set of two dozen simple science experiments during my summer internship at a homeless youth center in Michigan. The ages and skill levels of the residents were mixed and changed frequently — and resources were minimal — so you can be sure that each of these little lessons is suitable for use in any typical home or classroom.

After a simple Table of Contents, there are 24 pages, each a self-contained, hands-on science lesson. Each has a list of materials needed, step-by-step procedures, and a brief explanation of the scientific topic covered. Fun graphics on the pages are appropriate for a wide range of ages, elementary through high school.
