Free Printable Science Experiments
24 fun science lessons you can print and use!
I created this little set of two dozen simple science experiments during my summer internship at a homeless youth center in Michigan. The ages and skill levels of the residents were mixed and changed frequently — and resources were minimal — so you can be sure that each of these little lessons is suitable for use in any typical home or classroom.
After a simple Table of Contents, there are 24 pages, each a self-contained, hands-on science lesson. Each has a list of materials needed, step-by-step procedures, and a brief explanation of the scientific topic covered. Fun graphics on the pages are appropriate for a wide range of ages, elementary through high school.
Here are 8 of the 24 science lessons — click any pic to enter a slideshow, and click the little x in the upper left corner to return to this page. Open the printables below.
You may use these science experiments freely and share them lovingly…
but please remember the source respectfully. :O>
You can return the favor by sharing this page or this site with your friends and followers — or fellow teachers or home school families — so that these freebies get the widest possible use.
Thank you! 😀
