Add some metallic flair to your art!

Pearl Ex pigments by Jacquard come in little plastic screw-top containers and are a quick and easy way to add a metallic color and luster to your clay creations, your paintings and mixed media art, or even to your art journal pages. The product is slightly more expensive than the average craft supply, but I can tell you from personal experience that a tiny bit goes a long, long way! 😀

My personal favorite use for this amazing powdery substance is to gently brush it on plain black Sculpey clay before baking but after sculpting or forming the clay in a mold. I actually use a soft makeup brush for this. The result is an amazing shimmery surface that does not rub off or lose its shine after cooling down. Of course, there are as many ways to use this product as there are creative people to use it!
